Cookie Policy

This English version is a convenience translation provided for information only. The Czech version is legally binding and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

This document explains which cookies and similar technologies the ilead.cz website uses, what they are for and how you can control their use. The controller is iLead Institute s.r.o.; general information on how we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Effective from 1 October 2026.

1. 1. What cookies are

   1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the website to remember your choices, to work properly and, where applicable, to help its operator understand how it is used. Browser storage (local storage) works in a similar way, and this policy applies to it in the same manner.
   2. We divide cookies into strictly necessary cookies, without which the website cannot work, and analytics cookies, which we would only use with your consent.

2. 2. Which cookies we use

   1. Strictly necessary. The meui_consent cookie stores your cookie preferences (whether you consented, and to what) for 12 months after you give consent, or for 6 months after you refuse it. Beyond that, we store only the technical data needed to operate the website and the booking form securely. These cookies do not require consent.
   2. Cookie-free traffic measurement. We measure website traffic with an in-house counter that stores no cookies or other identifiers on your device and collects no personal data. It only counts page views; it cannot tell who visited the website. It is therefore not subject to consent.
   3. Analytics. We currently use no third-party analytics or marketing tools on the website. If we enable any in the future (for example Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager), they will load only after you consent, and we will add an overview of them to this document. Until then, your choice in this category activates nothing.

3. 3. How to give, change or withdraw consent

   1. On your first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks you to choose. You can accept all, reject all, or select individual categories in the settings. Until you decide, nothing optional is loaded.
   2. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
   3. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if it is enabled in your browser, we treat the optional categories as refused without asking.
   4. You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may limit how the website works.
