  1. 1. Who controls your personal data

    1. The controller of your personal data is iLead Institute s.r.o., with its registered office at Revoluční 2137/8, 110 00 Praha, Company ID (IČO) 22295895, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 414132.
    2. In matters of personal data protection, you can contact us by e-mail at [email protected], by telephone on +420 721 485 479, or in writing at our correspondence address: Forbes Česko, Meteor Centre Office Park, budova B, Sokolovská 100/94, 186 00 Praha-Karlín.
    3. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and with Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.
  2. 2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

    We obtain personal data exclusively from you — through the forms on this website, through e-mail or telephone communication, and in the course of a contractual relationship. We do not process any special categories of personal data.

    1. Contact form and enquiries. When you leave your details in the “Would you like to know more?” form or on the Contact page, we process your first name and surname, e-mail address and, where provided, your telephone number, company name and position and the text of your message, together with the page from which you sent the form. The purpose is to reply to you and agree on next steps. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    2. Brochure download. When you download the programme brochure on the website, we process your first name and surname and your e-mail address, together with the page from which you sent the form. The purpose is to give you access to the brochure and, where appropriate, to contact you with information about the programme you have shown an interest in. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this processing at any time.
    3. Programme application. When you make a non-binding reservation of a place on the Be Future Ready Executive programme, we process the chosen intake and the number of people applying, your first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company, position and, where provided, the text of your message and how you heard about the programme. The purpose is to process the application, assess whether the programme is a good fit and subsequently conclude a training contract. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
    4. Provision of education programmes. For clients and programme participants, we process identification, contact and billing data, data on attendance at the modules and the data needed to issue a certificate. The purpose is to perform the training contract concluded under our Terms and Conditions and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
    5. Communication with alumni and event invitations. We may inform programme participants and alumni about follow-on programmes and events of iLead Institute. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this processing at any time, and we will then stop sending you such communications.
    6. Website operation and traffic measurement. To keep the website running and secure, we process technical access data (IP address, time of the request, browser type) in server logs. We measure traffic with a counter that stores no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    7. Analytics and marketing tools. If you give your consent in the cookie settings, we may use third-party analytics and marketing tools on the website (for example tools provided by Google). Without your consent, these tools are not loaded. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time using the Cookies button in the website footer. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
  3. 3. How long we keep your data

    1. We keep data from enquiries and applications that did not lead to a contract for 12 months from our last communication, so that we can follow up on your enquiry; after that, we delete it.
    2. We keep the data of clients and programme participants for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by law — accounting and tax records generally for 10 years from the end of the tax period — and for the duration of the limitation periods for any claims arising from the contract.
    3. We keep data processed on the basis of consent until the consent is withdrawn. We remember your cookie preferences for 12 months, after which we ask you again.
    4. We keep technical website access logs for no longer than 90 days.
  4. 4. Who we share your data with

    We do not sell personal data or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes. It is accessible only to our authorised staff and to contracted processors who provide the following services for us:

    1. hosting and technical administration of the website and the booking system;
    2. sending transactional e-mails (confirmation of an enquiry or application, information about the programme);
    3. accounting, tax and legal services;
    4. analytics and marketing tools — only to the extent you have consented to in the cookie settings.
    5. We have a data processing agreement in place with every processor. We may also disclose data to public authorities where required to do so by law.
    6. We process personal data within the European Union. Data may be transferred outside the EU only in the case of analytics and marketing tools you have consented to, and then on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
  5. 5. Cookies

    1. The website uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to operate and to store your consent choice. We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, which you may give, change or withdraw at any time using the Cookies button in the website footer.
    2. A detailed description of the cookie categories, their purpose and storage period is set out in our Cookie Policy at ilead.cz/en/cookies.
  6. 6. Your rights

    In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

    1. the right of access — to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and a copy of that data;
    2. the right to have inaccurate data rectified and incomplete data completed;
    3. the right to erasure, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw your consent, or where you successfully object;
    4. the right to restriction of processing in the cases laid down by the GDPR;
    5. the right to data portability for data you have provided to us and that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract;
    6. the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including the sending of invitations and information about programmes;
    7. the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
    8. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at [email protected] or in writing at our correspondence address. We will respond to your request without undue delay and in any event within one month; in complex cases we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will let you know.
    9. If you believe that we process your personal data in breach of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
    Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)Pplk. Sochora 27170 00 Prague 7Czech Republicwww.uoou.gov.cz
  7. 7. Security of personal data

    1. We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse — encrypted data transfer (HTTPS), access control for the booking system, regular backups and contractual obligations on our processors.
    2. We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
  8. 8. Changes to this policy

    1. We may update this policy, for example when the scope of processing or the law changes. The current version is always available at ilead.cz/en/privacy; we will announce any material changes on the website.
    2. This policy is effective from 1 October 2026.
